Complete formula: one tablet contains 900 mg of magnesium glycerophosphate, a particular magnesium salt which is excellently tolerated by the stomach and the intestines, supplemented with cofactors such as active B-vitamins (vit. B6, B9 (folate) and B12), taurine and vitamin D3. These cofactors work in synergy with magnesium. The advantage of active B-vitamins is that they are immediately available for effect in the body.
